Can I download Cue again later?
Yes. After payment, Cue stays in My Library with no download expiry.
How can I pay?
Checkout is handled by Stripe. Available payment methods are shown on the checkout page.
When will I receive the files?
After successful payment, you return to Captog and Cue appears in My Library.
What am I buying?
A digital skill package with instructions, local tools, templates and updates for Cue workflows across multiple short-video formats.
Can I request a refund?
Digital purchases are normally final. Contact Captog Support if you were charged twice, cannot access the files or received a broken file. Refunded purchases lose download access.
Can I request a receipt?
Yes. Use Contact Support in your Captog account and include the product name and purchase email.
What account and payment data do you store?
Captog uses Auth.js for sign-in and stores basic account details. Stripe handles payment details; Captog does not store card numbers.
Do I have to edit inside Captog?
No. Cue runs through a supported agent. Captog handles login, downloads and optional transcription.
Are transcription credits included?
No. Bring your own SRT for free, or use separate Captog credits when you want transcription.
Does Cue create a CapCut project?
CapCut Desktop has no stable official automation API, so Cue does not treat native CapCut projects as the main path. It prepares MP4, audio, SRT, edit plans and motion briefs; CapCut import remains a manual fallback.
